Stop Smoking

Stopping smoking is the biggest single thing you can do to improve your health. Various options are open to you, including medication and the chance to go to a smoking cessation clinic or group close to your home. This method has excellent long-lasting results – even for heavy smokers who worry that they may never kick the habit.
