Community services in Suffolk are provided by three organisations. Please contact them with any queries you have:

For services provided by the Suffolk GP Federation (Podiatry, Minor Injuries Unit, Bladder and Bowel Service, Stoma Service) please email feedback@suffolkfed.org.uk.

For services provided by the East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust please see the document below entitled "Ipswich Hospital patient feedback". These services include the Care Co-ordination Centre; Aldeburgh, Bluebird Lodge and Felixstowe Community Hospitals; community health, admission prevention and specialist services teams in east Suffolk.

For services provided by the West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust please see the WSFT PALS leaflet in the list below. These services include the Integrated Community Paediatrics Service throughout Suffolk, Newmarket Community Hospital; community health, admission prevention and specialist services teams in west Suffolk.
